Cindy J Creations offers original mixed-media artwork, printable and physical affirmation card decks, and related paper goods and gifts, created to inspire encouragement, comfort, and hope.

Digital Products & the Angel Policy
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. Purchasing a digital file does not grant you the right to resell, redistribute, publish, or use the artwork or content for commercial purposes. This is outlined in full in our Angel Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service. Violation of this policy may result in restricted access to future purchases.

Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, text, and content on this site are the original creation of Cindy J Creations and are protected by copyright. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission, except as permitted for personal use under our Angel Policy.

Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.

Limitation of Liability
Cindy J Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Products are provided "as is," and while we take great care in their creation, we cannot guarantee they will meet every expectation.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
