Shipping policy

Processing Time
Because our products are handmade to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy seasons (like the holidays), processing may take a bit longer — we'll always do our best to keep you updated.

Packaging
We take care to package every order thoughtfully:

• Card decks are placed in a protective poly sleeve, tuck box, then a padded envelope
• Original artwork and canvases (up to 11x14) are protected with bubble wrap inside a rigid mailer
• Every physical order includes a free bookmark and a one-of-a-kind handmade thank-you postcard, as a small extra thank-you from us

Shipping Carrier
Orders ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and USPS service speeds. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our hands, but we're always happy to help track down a lost or delayed shipment.
