Because digital products (printable affirmation card decks) are delivered instantly upon purchase, all digital download sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items once the files have been delivered.

Digital files are for personal use only. No commercial use, resale, redistribution, or sharing of files is permitted, in accordance with our Angel Policy. By purchasing a digital download, you agree to these usage terms.

If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file, missing pages, or a failed download link — please contact us at joy@cindyjcreations.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will make it right.

Physical Products

Each physical item — including affirmation card decks, original mixed-media artwork, and paper goods — is handmade with care, and small variations in color, texture, or finish are part of what makes each piece unique.

Because original mixed-media artwork is one-of-a-kind, these pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

If your physical order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at joy@cindyjcreations.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will offer an exchange, or refund at our discretion.
